  "text": "(1) The Contracts for Difference (Definition of Eligible Generator) Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3 (definition of eligible generator), in paragraph (5), in the definition of “carry out a generating activity”—\n(a) omit the “or” after sub-paragraph (d);\n(b) after sub-paragraph (e), insert—\n“or\n(f) the continuation of electricity generation by an existing nuclear power station.”.",
