# The Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014, Paragraph 23


Regulation 24 has effect as if any reference in paragraphs (1), (2) and (5), and the first reference in paragraph (3), to “the CFD counterparty” is to “the first CFD counterparty designated under section 7 of the Act” and every other reference to “the CFD counterparty” is to “that CFD counterparty.
