  "text": "Regulation 28 has effect as if—\n(a) every reference in that regulation to “the CFD counterparty” is a reference to “a CFD counterparty”;\n(b) the words “to it” appeared—\n(i) after the words “paid or provided” in paragraph (1), and\n(ii) after the words “their liabilities” in paragraph (3)(a); and\n(c) in paragraph (3)(b) the words “to that CFD counterparty” appeared after the word “liabilities”.",
