# The Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014, Paragraph 3


Regulation 4 has effect as if the reference to “the CFD daily contribution” in that regulation is to “a CFD daily contribution in respect of a CFD counterparty” and every reference to “the CFD counterparty” in that regulation is to “that CFD counterparty”.
