# The Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014, Paragraph 4


Regulation 5 has effect as if the reference to “the CFD quarterly contribution” is to “the CFD quarterly contribution in respect of a CFD counterparty” and every reference in that regulation to “the CFD counterparty” is to “that CFD counterparty”.
