  "text": "In regulation 3 (definition of eligible generator)—\n(a) after paragraph (4) insert—\n“(4A) Where an eligible generator is an unincorporated association, any reference to—\n(a) that “eligible generator”; or\n(b) a “person”, “applicant”, “generator” or “party”,\nis to be read as a reference to the unincorporated association.\n(4B) Paragraph (4A) does not apply to—\n(a) paragraphs (4), (5) and (8) of regulation 14B of the Allocation Regulations;\n(b) regulation 14D of the Allocation Regulations;\n(c) regulation 59 of the Allocation Regulations;\n(d) sub-paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (e) and (f) of paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Allocation Regulations;\n(e) paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Allocation Regulations;\n(f) regulation 7 of the General Regulations;\n(g) Part 3 of the General Regulations.”;\n(b) in paragraph (5) after the definition of “eligible generating station” insert—\n““the Allocation Regulations” means the Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014;”;\n““the General Regulations” means the Electricity Market Reform (General) Regulations 2014.”",
