  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Contracts for Difference (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2021 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.\n(2) This Part and Parts 2 and 3 extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.\n(3) Part 4 extends to England and Wales and Scotland.",
