# The Contracts for Difference (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2021, Regulation 22: Amendment to regulation 30 (requirements applicable to allocation frameworks)


In regulation 30 after paragraph (8) insert—
“(9) Paragraphs (2) and (4) are subject to regulation 11(4A).”.
