Regulation 23 Amendment to regulation 31 (non-qualification review and appeal deadline dates)

In regulation 31—

(a)

in paragraph (1) for “must” substitute “may”;

(b)

for paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2)

The Secretary of State must, in such manner as the Secretary of State thinks appropriate, publish in respect of an allocation round a date on which the Secretary of State is minded to require the allocation process for the allocation round to commence (“the post-appeals indicative start date”).”.
