# The Contracts for Difference (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2021, Regulation 9: Amendment to regulation 10 (particulars of applications)


In regulation 10(2)(a) after “supply chain application” add “or otherwise provided to the Secretary of State in relation to the generating station to support the development of supply chains”.
