  "text": "(1) The Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 14(2)(a) after “a complete CCS system” insert “or is to be altered to be a generating station connected to a complete CCS system”.\n(3) In regulation 60—\n(a) for paragraph (5) substitute—\n“(5) Paragraph (4) does not apply to any strike price or reference price which may be included in the contract.”;\n(b) in paragraph (6)—\n(i) in the definition of “reference price” for “the sum that is” substitute “the sum that may be”;\n(ii) in the definition of “strike price” for “the sum that is” substitute “the sum that may be”.",
