# The Contracts for Difference (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2024, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Contracts for Difference (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2024.
(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
(3) Any amendment made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision amended.
