# The Council Tax Limitation (Maximum Amounts) (England) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Council Tax Limitation (Maximum Amounts) (England) Order 2008 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order applies to authorities in England only.
