  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order applies to Lincolnshire police authority. It states the amount which the amount calculated by the authority as its budget requirement for the financial year beginning in 2008 is not to exceed.\nAn impact assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as the Secretary of State cannot make assumptions as to which services and activities may be affected when an authority calculates a lower budget requirement.",
