# The County Court Jurisdiction Order 2014, Article 2: Revocation of the 1981 Order and transitional provision


(1) The County Courts Jurisdiction Order 1981 (“the 1981 Order”) is revoked.
(2) The 1981 Order shall continue to have effect in respect of proceedings commenced before the date on which this Order comes into force.
