# The Courts Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2004, Paragraph 19: Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982


In section 16(6) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (provisions supplementary to ss 14 and 15), for “Crown Court Rules” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rules”.
