# The Courts Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2004, Paragraph 26: Criminal Justice Act 1988


(1) Amend section 32 (evidence through television links) as follows.
(2) In subsection (4)—
(a) for “rules to which this section applies” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rules”, and
(b) for “authority making them” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rule Committee”.
(3) Omit subsection (5).
