Paragraph 28 Criminal Justice Act 1988

In paragraph 4 of Schedule 2^f1 (documentary evidence)—

(a)

for paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) substitute “, Criminal Procedure Rules”, and

(b)

for “authority making any of them” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rule Committee”.
