# The Courts Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2004, Paragraph 30: Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988


In section 12(1)(a) and (3)(a) (proof, in summary proceedings, of identity of driver of vehicle), for “rules made under section 144 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rules”.
