Paragraph 41 Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982

In Schedule 3 (control of sex establishments)—

(a)

in paragraph 27(1), for “the magistrates' court acting for the relevant area” substitute “a magistrates' court”; and

(b)

omit the definition of “the relevant area” in paragraph 27(4).
