Paragraph 48 Criminal Justice Act 1991

In Schedule 3 (reciprocal enforcement of certain orders)—

(a)

in paragraph 10(1), (2)(b), (3)(a) and (4), for “petty sessions area” substitute “local justice area”; and

(b)

in paragraph 11(5) and (8), for “acting for the petty sessions area” substitute “acting in the local justice area”.
