# Courts Act 2003 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2005, Paragraph 55: Crime and Disorder Act 1998


In section 1(3) (anti-social behaviour orders), for “the magistrates' court whose commission area includes the local government area or police area concerned” substitute “a magistrates' court”.
