# Courts Act 2003 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2005, Paragraph 78: Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000


In section 123(1) and (2) (breach of requirement of suspended sentence supervision order), for “acting for the petty sessions area” substitute “acting in the local justice area”.
