# Courts Act 2003 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2005, Paragraph 98: Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003


In section 5(1) and (6) (extension and discharge of closure order), for “an appropriate justice of the peace” substitute “a justice of the peace” and omit section 5(10).
