Article 9 Appeals to the House of Lords

The 1968 Act is amended as follows.

In section 39(1) (right of appeal) after “this Act” there is inserted “or the Courts-Martial (Prosecution Appeals) Order 2006”.

In section 42(1) (bail) after “section applies” there is inserted “, other than a person appealing or applying for leave to appeal from a decision on an appeal under the Courts-Martial (Prosecution Appeals) Order 2006,”.
