# The Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2015, Article 4: Proceedings for winding up of companies


Section 39 of the 2014 Act (exclusive competence) does not apply to proceedings for the winding up of a company, even if an order of value (within the meaning of subsection (6) of that section) is sought in those proceedings.
