  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order makes provision in consequence of the coming into force of certain provisions of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (“the Act”). This Order comes into force on 1st April 2015.\nArticle 2 of, and the schedule to, the Order make provision modifying primary and secondary legislation.\nThe modifications are in consequence of provisions of the Act which—\nrepeal and re-enact provisions of the Courts of Law Fees (Scotland) Act 1895;\nrepeal and re-enact provisions of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Acts 1907 and 1971;\nrepeal and re-enact provisions of the Court of Session Act 1988; and\nintroduce the office of summary sheriff.",
