  "text": "In accordance with Schedule 10—\n(a) a public body or undertaking notified of a determination referred to in article 74(1) may appeal against that determination;\n(b) a person served with an enforcement notice may appeal against that notice;\n(c) a public body or undertaking given notice that they are liable to a civil penalty may appeal against the imposition of that penalty.",
