# The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Order 2010, Article 65: Assistance by occupiers


(1) Where paragraph 14 of Schedule 1 applies, A may request B (where A and B are as described in that paragraph) to provide A with such reasonable assistance as A may require to comply with Part 2 or to comply with A’s obligations as a participant.
(2) B must comply with the request within a reasonable time.
