# The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Order 2010, Article 7: Penalties, offences and appeals


(1) A participant which fails to comply with this Order may be liable under—
(a) Part 14 to a civil penalty;
(b) Part 15 to a criminal penalty.
(2) Part 16 provides for appeals.
