# The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Order 2010, Paragraph 23: Application of section 5


(1) This section provides for deductions in calculating the amount of a supply of electricity, gas or fuel under section 1, 2 or 3 of this Schedule in Northern Ireland.
(2) The deductions apply only for the first phase and where provided under this Order.
