# The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Order 2010, Paragraph 29: Amount of emissions


(1) The emissions in tCO2 from an amount of electricity, gas or fuel supplied is found by applying to that amount the relevant conversion factor.
(2) Where in respect of fuel, the amount supplied is a blend of fuels, the requirement in sub-paragraph (1) applies in proportion to the fuels supplied.
