Paragraph 30 Conversion factors

In paragraph 29, “relevant conversion factor” means a factor listed—

(a)

in version 1 of the document named “CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Order: Table of Conversion Factors” published by the Secretary of State and made available on the website address at, www.decc.gov.uk, on or before the date this Order is made; or

(b)

in any replacement or revision of the document described in sub-paragraph (a) which is published and made available in the same way as that document (“a revised document”).
