# The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Order 2010, Paragraph 31: Revisions to conversion factors


(1) Only the Secretary of State may draw up a revised document.
(2) The Secretary of State must—
(a) consult publicly on a draft of a revised document; and
(b) carry out that consultation for a minimum of 12 weeks.
(3) The Secretary of State must consult—
(a) the Scottish Ministers;
(b) the Welsh Ministers; and
(c) the Northern Ireland departments,
before complying with sub-paragraph (2).
(4) A revised document must be published and made available at least 90 days before the end of the year of the phase in which the factors are to have effect.
