  "heading": "Non-settled half hourly meters",
  "text": "(1) In paragraph 1, “a non-settled half hourly meter” is a meter which—\n(a) is able to measure electricity supplied at least every half hour; and\n(b) subject to sub-paragraph (3), in respect of a phase has been read remotely.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (1)(b), “read remotely” means where the meter is read remotely by the public body or undertaking to which the supply is made (or by a person acting on its behalf) at any time during—\n(a) the qualification year for the phase; or\n(b) a year of that phase.\n(3) Sub-paragraph (1)(b) is satisfied in and from the year in which the remote reading first takes place.",
