Paragraph 13 Decisions in respect of domestic accommodation and un-metered transport supplies

Whether or not it has made a decision—

(a)

under paragraph 16 of Schedule 1 that common areas are not part of domestic accommodation;

(b)

under paragraph 20 of Schedule 1 that un-metered electricity transport supply is not consumed for the purposes of transport;

(c)

under paragraph 21 of Schedule 1 that un-metered gas transport supply is not consumed for the purposes of transport.
