  "text": "Where the applicant is a group of public bodies, the information in paragraph 2 is required only in respect of the following in that group—\n(a) a government department;\n(b) the Scottish Ministers;\n(c) the Welsh Assembly Government;\n(d) a Northern Ireland Department;\n(e) a local authority;\n(f) a university;\n(g) for a group which does not include a public body described in sub-paragraphs (a) to (f), the body in the group intended to be the account holder in respect of the compliance account.",
