Paragraph 7 Exemptions
Where the participant intends to claim—
(a)
a member CCA exemption, in respect of the member its total emissions and its CCA emissions;
(b)
a general CCA exemption, the participant’s total emissions and CCA emissions;
(c)
a group CCA exemption, “X” and “Y” referred to in article 34(2).
