Paragraph 9 Supplies
(1)
The amount of electricity, gas and fuel supplied to the participant in the footprint year calculated in accordance with sections 1 to 5 of Schedule 1 but excluding any such supplies to—
(a)
an EU ETS installation; or
(b)
a CCA facility to which a member CCA exemption does not apply.
(2)
Core supplies calculated in accordance with sections 1 to 5 of Schedule 1 but excluding such supplies made to—
(a)
an EU ETS installation; or
(b)
a CCA facility to which a member CCA exemption does not apply.
(3)
The amount of any supply of energy during the footprint year except electricity, gas or fuel, identifying the energy source.
