# The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Order 2010, Paragraph 2: Notifications and applications: time to comply and the administrator


(1) The notification and application for registration required under this Part must be made using the Registry and within 3 months of the change occurring.
(2) Subject to receipt of such notification or application for registration, the administrator must amend the information it holds in respect of the relevant participants.
