  "text": "(1) A participant must provide in the annual report—\n(a) the amount of the CRC supplies under article 33(2);\n(b) the amount of the supplies to each participant equivalent member of the group;\n(c) whether or not the following apply to the participant—\n(i) an estimation adjustment under paragraph 31 of section 6 of Schedule 1; or\n(ii) renewables generation,\nand, if so, the amount of each supply to which the adjustment applies and the amount of the renewables generation.\n(2) Where the administrator receives the annual report in accordance with article 31, it must calculate the participant’s CRC emissions.",
