# The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Order 2013, Article 58: Publication of performance information


The administrator may, for each annual reporting year, publish information on a participant’s performance in relation to its energy efficiency achievements on the basis of the information—
(a) in the participant’s annual report;
(b) submitted as part of the information described in Schedule 4.
