  "heading": "Notices to provide information: compliance with articles 40 and 41",
  "text": "(1) The administrator may, by a written notice served on a participant, require that participant—\n(a) to furnish information in relation to a failure or suspected failure to comply with article 40 or 41; and\n(b) to do so in the form specified in the notice and within such period following service of the notice or at such time as is specified in the notice.\n(2) A notice to provide information under paragraph (1) may be withdrawn at any time.",
