# The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Order 2013, Article 8: Groups: liability to comply with this Order (1) Paragraph (2) applies where an applicant or a participant isβ€” (a) a group of undertakings; or (b) an independent college group. (2) Each member of a group described in paragraph (1)β€” (a) is jointly and severally liable to comply with requirements placed on the group under Parts 2 to 12; (b) may be liable to a criminal penalty under Part 13.
