  "heading": "Failures to provide information under article 44",
  "text": "(1) The penalties in paragraph (2) apply where—\n(a) the administrator has served a notice as provided under article 46 on an electricity supplier or distributor; and\n(b) at least one previous such notice has not been complied with by that supplier.\n(2) The penalties are—\n(a) a financial penalty of £500,000 or, if lower, 0.5% of the supplier’s turnover; and\n(b) publication.",
