  "heading": "Un-metered transport supply: gas",
  "text": "(1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where—\n(a) A has consumed gas for the purposes of transport; and\n(b) part of that supply so consumed was not measured by a meter of any sort (“un-metered gas transport supply”).\n(2) Where this sub-paragraph applies, A may decide that un-metered gas transport supply during a phase is not consumed for the purposes of transport.\n(3) A decision made under sub-paragraph (2)—\n(a) may be made in respect of a phase where such a decision is made on or before the participant submits its first annual report for that phase;\n(b) must not be altered during the phase.",
