In Article 15—

(a)

in paragraph 1 and 2, for “ESMA”, in each place it occurs, substitute “the FCA”;

(b)

in paragraph 3, for “any of the official languages of the institutions of the Union”, substitute “English” and omit the second sentence;

(c)

in paragraph 4, for “ESMA”, in each place it occurs, substitute “the FCA”.
