The Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 is amended as follows.

In section 45(7)(a) for “or 5(1)(a)” substitute “, 5(1)(a) or 5A(1)(a) and (2)”.

(3)

In section 45A(5)(a) (as substituted by section 10(12) of, and paragraphs 30 and 42 of Schedule 3 to, the Road Safety Act 2006) for “or 5(1)(a)” substitute “, 5(1)(a) or 5A(1)(a) and (2)”.
