  "long_title": "This Order amends the list of authorities in section 17(2) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 to which the duty in section 17(1) applies. The duty in section 17(1) is a duty to exercise functions with regard to the likely effect of those functions on, and the need to do all that a body or person reasonably can to prevent, crime and disorder (including anti-social behaviour and behaviour adversely affecting the local environment) in the area and the misuse of drugs, alcohol and other substances in the area. The bodies added are the Greater London Authority, the London Development Agency and Transport for London.",
