  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 114(3) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament. This statutory instrument has been printed in substitution for the draft laid on 25th October 2007 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft instrument.\nCRIMINAL LAW, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade\nComing into force\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(4) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.\nIn accordance with section 114(3) of that Act a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
